TEC’s Mental Health Community Health Worker Program

Home TEC’s Mental Health Community Health Worker Program

Welcome to TEC’s Mental Health Community Health Worker Academy!

In this comprehensive 12-week virtual program, your personal story merges with clinical training, empowering you to be a trusted messenger to those around you! This program will empower individuals to turn their struggles into strengths while bridging the gap between wellness and well-being in the workforce.

Through funded partnerships with the California Workforce Development Board’s High Road Training Partnership, California Division of Apprenticeship Standards, and the City of Temecula, this training builds a resilient workforce by helping those from under-resourced communities discover opportunities for quality jobs and supportive services needed to secure long-term career success.

We are SO PROUD to Celebrate Our First Graduating Cohorts of Mental Health Community Health Workers!

Check out our graduation highlights and learn more about our celebration here.
