Join us for Mental Health Mondays, a small-group support series designed to empower apprentices, employees and entrepreneurs with practical mental health, wellness, and self-care strategies. Led by a mental health professional, each session provides a safe and welcoming space to share experiences, learn new mental health skills, and develop skills to enhance your overall well-being.

Who is this program for?

If you are a Youth (16-24) that is a:

California Resident
Active Participant in a DAS Registered Apprenticeship Program

If you are an employee, entrepreneur, or small business owner who has been referred by the Small Business Development Center (SBDC).

If you are a future Mental Health CHW Academy trainee who has already registered for an upcoming cohort, and you are at least one of the following:

Youth (18-24), Low-income individual, Umemployed individual, English-Learning Individuals, Justice-Involved Individuals, Individuals with Disabilities, Veterans, Immigrants / Refugees, Housing Insecure, a member of the Indigenous Community OR Communities of Color.

What are the class details?

Mental Health Mondays are held on Mondays from 4:00pm – 7:00pm.

Join class on Zoom for virtual training or IN-PERSON at Temecula Valley Entrepreneurs Exchange Building (TVE2), located at 43200 Business Park Drive 2nd Floor Temecula, CA 92590.
